How to Start Trading

I am new to Binary and Pair Options trading, where do I start?

The first step is to open an account. It is very simple and takes only a few minutes. All you need to do is complete the registration here and you will have a new Stockpair Trading Account. The next step is to fund your account and start trading in Binary and Pair Options.

Do I need to deposit money in order to open an account?

No you do not. Registration is free and you only need to deposit money in order to trade.

Will I need to download any software before I begin trading?

No you do not. We offer an advanced web based trading platform, so there is no need to download software to your computer. You can access your account from wherever you are with just an internet connection.

Account FAQ

How do I change or update my personal details?

To change your details, please go to the My Account > Setting  section to add or edit your personal information.

Where can I see my transaction history?

You can see all your transaction history in the My Account > Reports section. The tabs in Reports are divided into: Current Portfolio (open positions), Trade History and Statement sections.

What are the currencies I can use in my account?

You can choose between US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds. After you choose your currency, all transactions will be in that currency.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Compliance

What are Stockpair deposit methods?

Deposits can be made with credit cards (i.e. Master Card or Visa). You can also deposit via bank transfer. We keep adding payment methods so please contact customer support for more details.

What is the minimum deposit?

You can start trading with a real Live Trading Account with just $500, £500 or €500. The first deposit sets your account currency type: US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros. Once your account currency is set, it will stay in this currency.

How do I authenticate my account?

You need to send identification documents:

  • A Photo ID. It can be a driver's license, passport or residence card issued by the government.

  • Confirmation of address, such as a utility bill (last 3 months). This must verify the client's physical billing address in the country of residence.

  • Photo copy of both sides of the credit card that you made your deposit with. For security reasons, please cross out the first 12 digits and the CVV. We only need to see the last 4 digits of the card, but make sure that the signature is apparent. Alternatively, you can just send us a copy of the credit card’s statement as long as the owner’s name and last 4 digits of the card are apparent.

The documents should be scanned and sent by email to customer support (support@stockpair.com).

How do I deposit funds into my account?

Click on Deposit Funds and follow the instructions.

How much time does it take for my deposit to go through?

A deposit with a credit card transfers the funds to your account immediately. A deposit with other payment methods depends on the payment method.

How do I withdraw funds? Is there a Minimum withdrawal amount?

We do our best to enable our clients a quick and efficient withdrawal process. Minimum amount for withdrawal is 20. You can withdraw any amount that is available to you. To make a withdrawal request click on My account > Withdrawal.

How long does it take to withdraw funds from a Stockpair account?

Stockpair’s financial department processes withdrawals in up to 5 business days (usually faster), and sends them to the relevant provider. If funds are withdrawn through a credit/debit card, it typically takes an additional 3-7 business days to reach your account. Withdrawal through a bank transfer or other methods might take longer, depending on your provider’s policy.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Yes. To cancel a withdrawal, go to the withdrawal section and click the cancel button next to your withdrawal details.

What are Binary Options?

Binary Options enable you to trade by predicting the price direction of market assets. If you correctly selected the direction you will receive a payout. The payout is shown when you place a trade, and varies with the asset, option type and market conditions.Read more about  Binary Options.

What are Pair Options?

Pair Options are a simple and innovative way to trade in relative performance of market assets and profit by predicting which stock within a given stock pair will perform better (e.g. the pair Google vs. Yahoo). If you selected the better performer you will receive a payout. The payout is shown when you place a trade and varies with the pair, option type and market conditions. Read more about Pair Options

What are the differences between Binary Options and Pair Options?

Binary Options are based on the performance of a single asset, while Pair Options are based on relative performance between two assets. When trading Binary Options, market movements have a large impact on the trade. With Pair Options, the market has no impact as only the relative performance of assets counts. With Binary Options you can also trade on Forex (currencies), which is not available for Pairs.

Do I need prior experience to trade in Binary or Pair Options?

Not necessarily, although experienced traders might benefit when trading in Pair Options. Stockpair.com is a website designed to take care of all the details in setting up Options trading.

What are the risks?

Trading in financial instruments always involves risks, so you should trade responsibly. Trading in Binary and Pair Options limit your risk only to the cost of the option (amount invested), as it is not a leveraged trade. In addition, with floating option you can choose the level of risk you are interested in.

I have a problem depositing funds, what should I do?

There are few basic reasons for deposit issues:

  • Some details are missing or are not correct: double check the details, and once they are correct try again.

  • Your credit card account is restricted from online deposits: contact your credit card company and remove the restriction.

I made a withdrawal and I still haven't receive my money

If you withdrew the funds via credit card, please check with your credit card company. You will see the funds on your monthly credit card statement. If you withdrew funds into a bank account. please check with your bank. Remember that international money transfer may take time due to transactional processes within financial organization.

Security FAQ

Is my money safe?

At Stockpair we keep our clients’ funds segregated from our operational bank accounts. Segregation of funds means that in the unlikely event of liquidation, these funds are not part of our assets and shall stay available to our clients. Stockpair maintains these separate operational and client bank accounts with reputable international banks.

Are my personal details secure?

Yes. We use the SSL encryption technology to ensure secure communication from your computer to our platform. Your information is kept completely separate from our operational system and our operational staff do not have access to any client account details.

Do you keep my credit card or any of my financial details?

No. We do not keep the full details of your credit card account.
