How to Deposit and Withdraw on Stockpair's Trading Platform

Deposits and Withdrawals at Stockpair are a simple and secure process. You can transfer funds into and out of your Stockpair account with a credit or debit card, as well as other payment methods that we are constantly updating in order to better serve our clients. To safely trade on the Stockpair platform, you will be required to authenticate your account with identification documents.

Funds transferred from your account are secured and kept in a segregated account with international reputable banks. Your cash balance is always presented when you log into your account and you can request to withdraw your funds at anytime.

Denominations for Deposits and Withdrawals:

You can choose to manage your account in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds. Once you choose the currency of the account, all the transactions in the account including; deposits, withdrawals and trades will be in that currency.


Deposit funds into your account by clicking on the "Deposits" button in the My Account section or by clicking on the Deposit Funds button in the upper right hand corner of the Stockpair website. The minimum amount for a single deposit with a credit card is 500 currency units (USD, GBP or EUR).

Authorizing Your Account

In order to authenticate and protect your account, please provide us with the following documents of identification:

  • A Photo ID. This must be government issued, such as a driver's licence, passport or residence card.

  • Confirmation of address, such as a recent utility bill (last 6 months). This must verify the client's physical billing address in the country of their residence.

  • Photo copy of both sides of the credit card that you made your deposit with. The credit card must have a signature on the back. For security reasons, please cross out the first 12 digits and the cvv. We only need to see the last 4 digits of the card but make sure that the signature is apparent. Alternatively, you can send us a copy of the credit card’s statement as long as the owner’s name and last 4 digits of the card are apparent.

You can submit your documents from within your account settings, go to the Verification page, follow the instructions and upload your documents directly to us.

Withdrawal requests are made from the My Account section. As part of our commitment to providing you with a superior service, we make every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Withdrawal requests can take up to five business days to execute and you will see the request status and approval in the "My Account" Statement section. Once the request has been executed, allow your credit card or bank the time it takes to process the request, which may vary according to your provider’s procedures.
